The entire complex has 40.000 m2, of which 15.000m2 are built, the rest is made up of large gardens to walk in nearby. The original X-Shaped building’s structure allows a convenient distribution of care zones, common areas and private spaces, in order to achieve a fulfilling degree of serenity and independence at the residents’ rooms.

Comfortable and specially designed furnishings invites to a clean and cosy ambience. The residence´s modern interior is designed to be both homely and comfortable, with spacious lounge areas for socialising and enjoy regular entertainments.
